NEW YEAR SNACKS
Chinese New Year is just around the corner. It is the time for me to stay together with my family, playing, chating and the most importantly ---EATING!!!
Busy! Busy! Busy! to prepare the snack to celebrate Chinese New Year, but SATISTIED. I can't wait anymore! I want to FINISH them before Chinese New Year!!!!
WOW!!! The biscuit called BEES NEST (translated). It needs a lot of time and patient to make. However, I had enjoyed the process. ^-^ '-'
This is called 'CHI GU'(a type of mushroom). Due to the Chinese belive that eat CHI GU will give birth the son, so we often eat it on Chinese New Year. It is not delicious at all, but after frying, it has totally changed. It is more delicious when you sprinkle some salt on it. CRISPY!!!!!
It is not easy to cut it into slices, well, I had accidentally hurt my fingers. BUT, it is WORTH when I enjoy such the tasty snack.
This is POHPIAH!!!! It is very easy to make if you know the method! This is the snack that I like the most! Since I was eight, I had made it for my family! It is amazing! I just need to take a little time to prepare the stuffing (shrimp). Lalalala.........................
BISCUIT PINEAPPLE!!! Last year, I hadn't made it due to I was lack of time. But this year, I had made a lot. YEAH!!! Hope it can stay safety until the first day of Chinese New Year.............o-0

WELL! If someone come to my house during Chinese New Year, I will only serve them with SOFT DRINKS ................. because I have FINISHED all of these. SO, they better don't come to my house. LALALALA..........................................................<3
